All examples are designed to meet our customers’ needs—with a lifetime warranty.
The delivery of the lifting accessory includes
- Designing a safe and efficient lifting method.
- Design of the lifting accessory's structure, structural analysis, and stability analysis.
- CE documentation, which includes, among other things: 1) Risk analysis, 2) Operating, maintenance, and inspection instructions in the language of the destination country.
- CE-marked lifting accessory, commissioning inspection, and guided commissioning.
- If necessary, a test load on the lifting accessory as well.
- Lifetime Warranty (Hefmec Lifelong).

The lifting accessories we design always comply with the SFS-EN 13155 standard (Cranes. Safety. Detachable Lifting Accessories), the detailed requirements of which can be found on the Finnish Standards Association’s website.

Lifting often also involves securing the load and ensuring cargo safety. We design transport racks for shipments and prepare load securing calculations.

With the help of Hefmec consultants, we carried out a mapping of the improvement needs of the sweet wrapping line. During the project, they monitored the operation of the production line, identified the need for modifications and the priority order for repair investments. We then set about making improvements to the production line based on the survey. Hefmec has also been involved in follow-up projects, including the turnkey supply of a machine vision system. Hefmec's consultants were convincing in their pragmatism and in the way they structured the information for the assignment.
