Case 1
Welding Jig
Our customer needed to weld an assembly made up of complex-shaped sheet metal parts. The welding work had to be performed at multiple workstations, and the product’s geometric requirements were extremely high. The mobile welding jig designed by Hefmec improved production lead time and quality. The sheet metal parts to be welded can now be positioned quickly and accurately.
Our designer also supervised the manufacturing process and provided on-site training to the welders.
