Pneumatic gripper
Plate lifters, vacuum lifters, and scissor grabs for the safe and efficient lifting and handling of workpieces. Gripping can be achieved using vacuum suction cups or area grippers, or mechanically with a scissor grab. Pneumatic grippers are suitable for handling materials such as glass, metal sheets, plastics, painted surfaces, and machined parts.

1. Plate lifter and plate clamp
For lifting and handling plates.
A pneumatic plate clamp—that is, a plate lifter—equipped with suction cups or a surface gripper is suitable for lifting sheets of various shapes. The plate clamp functions as a plate lifter, for example, when handling metal sheets, plastic sheets, and glass. The gripper can be equipped with a rotation feature. The suction cups or area grippers create a vacuum, which enables a secure and gentle grip without mechanical clamping.
The structure is sized according to the size, material and weight of the panel. Tarrain can operate independently or as part of a larger lifting or transfer device. The sheet tray is suitable for handling metal sheets, plastic sheets, tempered glass and other sheets.
2. Vacuum Lifter and Vacuum Gripper
For lifting cylindrical objects.
A pneumatic vacuum lifter, also known as a vacuum gripper, is suitable for lifting flat, cylindrical objects. A vacuum gripper grips the object using one or more suction cups. The suction cups create a vacuum, which enables a secure and gentle grip without mechanical compression.
The structure is sized according to the size, weight and surface material of the piece. The suction cups can operate independently or as part of a lightener and a lifting device.
Suction guns are suitable for glass, painted parts, steel and other smooth surfaces.

3. Scissor grab
For many different shapes.
The scissor grab is suitable for handling castings, machined parts, rolls, pipes, and other cylindrical objects.
The clamp-type gripper is a solution for situations where the object to be lifted is not flat or not suitable for suction. Gripping is done mechanically, by squeezing the object with one or more pairs of jaws. A pipe lifting clamp can be designed based on the dimensions and weight of the pipe to be lifted.
The structure and design of the jaws are tailored to the shape and weight of the object to be lifted. The clamp-type gripper can be integrated into a lighter or used as part of a manual or automated lifting solution.

Product description
Pneumatic grippers offer a gentle and reliable gripping solution for lifting objects of various shapes without mechanical compression. The gripping action is based on vacuum. A vacuum lifter creates suction using suction cups or an area gripper—enabling a safe and efficient grip on items such as plates or cylindrical objects. If suction is not possible, a clamp-type grip is used, in which the object is mechanically clamped in place using pairs of jaws.
The grabs can be designed either as stand-alone devices or integrated as part of a lighter, hoist or other transfer solution. The structure is always sized according to the shape, material, size and weight of the object to be lifted. The pneumatic gripper can also be equipped with a swivel function or with interchangeable gripping surfaces.
Pneumatic grippers are particularly suitable for processing glass, sheet metal, plastics, painted surfaces, machined parts and various shapes in industrial production. They allow fast, safe and gentle handling of the workpiece – whether it is a thin sheet, a cylindrical piece or an irregular casting.
