The bearing extraction and installation tool allows the bearing to be extracted and reinstalled easily, quickly and without damaging the product. Our tool is suitable for different shaft lengths and can withstand the most demanding conditions. We also design extraction and installation tools for many other service machines.
Our bearing extraction and installation tools are specifically designed for safe and controlled bearing extraction without damage or extra stress on machine parts. Traditional removal methods can damage the shaft or bearing housing, but a properly sized extraction tool ensures a smooth and damage-free maintenance operation. Our combination solution also allows the bearing to be re-installed with the same tool.
Each bearing extraction and installation tool is designed to meet the customer’s needs: the size of the bearing, the installation environment and the forces to be applied are taken into account at the design stage. As a result, the tools are not only efficient but also safe to use in different applications.
We also supply lifting scissors and tools for handling and lifting bearings.
