Joona Haukipuro

I started my career at Hefmec in 2018 after moving to the Helsinki Metropolitan Area at the end of my studies. The topic of my DI thesis was chosen because of my client project, where I was able to deepen my knowledge of mechanical engineering, among other things. Later on, I have been able to take responsibility for design and delivery projects of various tools and working methods, as well as investment projects.

She has experience in equipment procurement projects in the pharmaceutical industry in the roles of expert and designer. My expert tasks have included commissioning and qualification.Design projects have been related to tooling and auxiliary equipment in GMP environments.

Previously, I have worked for Hefmec in design and project engineering roles in the automotive, transport, battery and mechanical engineering industries.

In my free time, I like to work out at the gym and play volleyball. In the summer, I like to spend my free time in the cottages, berry picking and fishing, while in the winter I enjoy the ski slopes.
