Mika Julin

In 2019, I began my master’s thesis at Hefmec on the topic of lifting aids. Since completing my thesis, I have continued working at Hefmec as a mechanical designer on various tooling, machine design, and production development projects. My job description and responsibilities have expanded to include managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry. My duties include monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality, as well as preparing various types of project documentation.

In my free time, my athletic background really comes to the fore. These days, I focus mainly on cycling in the summer and skiing in the winter. Every now and then, I go play tennis, which used to be my main sport. I’m also drawn into various IoT projects that tackle small everyday challenges.
