Etenin nopeasti insin\u00f6\u00f6ritoimistojen esimies- ja johtoteht\u00e4viin, aina toimitusjohtajaksi asti. Toimitusjohtajana perustin ja johdin my\u00f6s ohjelmistoalan tyt\u00e4ryhti\u00f6t\u00e4 sek\u00e4 toimin isomman insin\u00f6\u00f6ritoimiston yksik\u00f6njohtajana.<\/p><p>Vuonna 2004 perustin Hefmecin, ja olen toiminut sen toimitusjohtajana siit\u00e4 l\u00e4htien. Vastaan strategisesta suunnittelusta ja liiketoiminnan kehitt\u00e4misest\u00e4, hoidan asiakassuhteita ja johdan kansainv\u00e4listymist\u00e4. Olen osallistunut Helsingin seudun kauppakamarin Johtajaklubin toimintaan kymmenen vuoden ajan.<\/p><p>Vapaa-ajalla matkustan matkailuautolla ja matkamoottoripy\u00f6r\u00e4ll\u00e4 ymp\u00e4ri Eurooppaa, ja talvisin lasketellen Alpeilla. Matkoilla ja muutenkin vapaa-aikana harrastan luontovalokuvausta, ja k\u00e4dentaitojani p\u00e4\u00e4sen toteuttamaan talonrakennuksen ja kotiautomaation parissa. Olen suorittanut toimitusjohtajakoulutuksen sek\u00e4 HHJ-kurssin ja saanut sen my\u00f6t\u00e4 hyv\u00e4ksytyn hallituksen j\u00e4senen p\u00e4tevyyden. Olen my\u00f6s suorittanut Certified Human Leader -koulutuksen. Lis\u00e4ksi minulla on useita muita johtamis- ja liiketoimintakoulutuksia vuosilta 1998\u20132025.
