Zu Beginn umfasste meine T\u00e4tigkeit die mechanische Konstruktion von Nachbehandlungsanlagen f\u00fcr Papiermaschinen und Komponenten f\u00fcr den Antriebsstrang von Traktoren. <\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2004 habe ich Hefmec mitbegr\u00fcndet. Bei Hefmec habe ich verschiedene Positionen bekleidet und an der t\u00e4glichen Designarbeit gearbeitet. Derzeit bin ich Chefdesigner. Zu meinem Aufgabenbereich geh\u00f6ren Design, Festigkeitsberechnungen, die Organisation von Unterauftr\u00e4gen f\u00fcr die Fertigung, die Beaufsichtigung von Nachwuchsdesignern und oft begleitet mich einer von ihnen bei Kundenbesuchen. Die meiste Zeit verbringe ich jedoch nach wie vor mit dem Design und der Entwicklung verschiedener technischer L\u00f6sungen.    <\/p>\n<p>Ich habe Hunderte von Werkzeugen f\u00fcr verschiedene industrielle Umgebungen entworfen und ihre Herstellung organisiert. Ich war der leitende Konstrukteur bei mehreren Projekten zur Entwicklung von Maschinen und Ger\u00e4ten. Bei diesen Projekten habe ich mich auch mit grundlegenden Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen, Hydraulik, Pneumatik und elektrischen Anwendungen besch\u00e4ftigt.  <\/p>\n<p>Einen Gro\u00dfteil meiner Freizeit verbringe ich mit Sport, entweder als Zuschauer oder Trainer bei Kinderaktivit\u00e4ten oder ich spiele selbst Hockey.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
